We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.

Orders are processed within 1 business day, so please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@mavie.ae if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Standard Shipping takes 14–21 business days (AED 50), Express Shipping 5–10 business days (AED 70), and Priority Shipping 2–5 business days (AED 100).

Yes. International Standard Shipping takes 14–21 business days (AED 180), Express 5–10 business days (AED 240), and Priority 2–5 business days (AED 280). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email from info@mavie.ae with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take some time to update after shipping.

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition, with the security strap fully intact and the original packaging undamaged.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to your registered email — not to the original payment method. The gift card value equals the item price minus the applicable return shipping fee (AED 50 for UAE orders, AED 120 for international orders). Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after approval.

No — gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.

We work with elevated natural fabrics, chosen first for softness, breathability, and how gracefully they age with wear.

Follow the care label on each piece. As a general rule: wash gently in cold water, avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying, and let your pieces dry flat in the shade.
